About Kiyanja

An independent Tech Advisory and Digital Transformation firm working with private companies and public institutions in environments where expertise, clarity and credibility are essential.

Independence and conviction at the service of our clients

Our role is neither to promote specific technologies nor to deliver standardized solutions at scale. We act as a trusted partner to decision-makers, bringing an independent perspective, structure, and hands-on involvement at critical moments.

We support organizations in initiating and successfully delivering their digital transformations. This focus—combined with our seniority, independence, and close proximity to leadership—enables us to deliver a tangible and lasting impact.

This positioning allows us to :

  • Maintain full independence from technology vendors and providers
  • Remain focused on outcomes rather than tools or methodologies.

How We Work

Our approach is pragmatic, grounded in operational realities and designed to support decisionmaking in constrained environments.

We prioritize :

  • Direct involvement of senior consultants
  • Close interaction with executive teams
  • Targeted on-the-ground presence at key decision moments
  • Flexible delivery models adapted to context.

International experience, African footprint

Kiyanja is currently based in Paris and Yaoundé and plans to expand into several major African cities. We operate across the continent, supporting organizations facing complex institutional, economic and operational environments.

Our experience across Europe, Africa and Asia enables us to combine international consulting standards with a deep understanding of local realities.

At its creation in 2022, Kiyanja took over the activities of BBit-Analytics, a Yaoundé-based firm.
