A centralized national platform for data collection and intermediation was designed in collaboration with the national insurance association.
Then, insurer-specific normalization engines were implemented. These enabled secure automation of data flows and transmission to the administration in less than 24 hours.
Finally, governance and quality control mechanisms were introduced to ensure reliability and long-term sustainability.
